Terms and conditions

1. LAPLANETE Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the company) provides online ordering and delivery services.

2. Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

3. All the products of the company are taken in kind. The shooting may be affected by the environment, light and printing. The performance of the products may be slightly different from the actual products. The company does not accept applications for returns or exchanges for this reason.

4. The company reserves the final rights.

Return and exchange details

1. If you want to exchange or return the goods, please email (laplanete.co@gmail.com) or call us within seven days after the arrival of the goods, and clearly state the order number, product number and quantity. The exchange or return product must be brand new and unused in the same packaging as when it was received. Orders must be returned to our company for acceptance within seven days after the company confirms acceptance of your return or exchange application (subject to the postmark date). If the delivery is not returned within the time limit, the delivery is deemed complete, and the company shall not bear any legal responsibility.

2. Products ordered online can be mailed or returned in person. Unless the reason for the return is due to the quality of the company's products or the wrong delivery arrangement, all shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and the payment (if applicable) will be deducted at the time of the refund.

3. Even if your order is exempt from shipping charges, you must bear all the shipping charges incurred when you exchange or return the product.

4. If the ordered product has quality problems, you can apply for a replacement or return within seven days after receiving the product. After confirmation by our company, you will receive a full refund/replacement of the same new product. When confirming, the company has the right to ask you to show a photo certificate.

5. The company reserves the right of final decision on return and exchange applications.

 

Refund details

1. After the return procedure is completed, the company will arrange a refund (the freight will not be returned). The final refund amount will be the difference between the product price and the shipping cost.

2. The company reserves the right to make the final decision on the refund application.
